FROG COTTAGE
Frog Cottage is a delightful recently restored character cottage with two double bedrooms. Situated in a quiet area under the old town wall, it is just a few minutes walk to Ludlow’s centre.
The front door leads into a well equipped kitchen, with tiled floor. Appliances include gas hob, electric oven, extraction fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and iron.
In the next room, there is a dining area at one end and the lounge at the other. There are wooden floors throughout, with rugs.
The lounge has a cast iron gas fire, in the original fire place. There is a television and DVD/CD player and portable radio CD/tape player.
Freeview is available in the cottage.
In the sideboard we have a number of CD’s, DVD’s and games to play.
Up the wooden winding staircase, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed, with television and a radio alarm. There is also a build-in wardrobe, a chair, and a chest of drawers, which is also use as a dressing table.
The second bedroom has a double bed. It is small but comfortable, and has a calming feel. There is a chest of drawers and a chair. The wardrobe for this bedroom is situated just outside the room on the landing.
The bathroom has a shower bath, sink and toilet.
There are on-street parking permits for one car supplied in your stay.
There are six steps into the cottage, which makes access for wheelchairs quite difficult. The kitchen floor area is 1.5 x 2.5 metres, so a wheelchair or pram would make the space tricky to move around. It is possible by leaving either just inside the front door.
Travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
One well behaved dog may be accepted, please ask.
There is much to do in Ludlow and its beautiful surrounding area.
